18 Linwood St., Malden
A massive fire burnt down the previous two family and the new zoning laws would only allow us to rebuild a single family home, but the 3 car garage could stay. Wow a 3 car garage in Malden. This great 1800 square foot front porch colonial was a perfect buy. First floor hardwood, tile bath, granite counters, and a brush nickel finish make the house shine. A huge half bath with laundry combination make the house fabulous. A city location with a white front picket fence is a classic. |

119 Saunders St., Medford
This unit
was part of subdividing properties on Warren Street to make a beautiful buildable lot on Saunders. The lot sits nice and level with a large paver patio and a new style concrete stair that looks like granite. The front has a custom walkway with beautiful hand crafted front rails on top of brick steps. Olive green siding with nice big white fluted corners make this house stand out. We finished the third floor to add an extra large bedroom. Hardwood throughout, first floor laundry, granite counters and stainless steel appliances make the house feel great. |

38 Walsh St., Medford
This unit
was subdivided along with 42 Walsh St. We built a beautiful center entrance colonial with a sexy master bedroom gas fireplace and custom mantle. The house sits high in the Fulton height district of Medford with sun shining in from every angle of the house when you are in the kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout, granite counters and stainless steel appliances make this house a modern classic. The vinyl is a special order patriot blue. For the finishing touches we customized a curved paver patio to take advantage of the sloping back yard. |

42 Walsh St., Medford
Right down to the studs!!!! Then we started to rebuild with all new systems. Electric plumbing, HVAC were all corrected or replaced. We kept the cabinets but new venician gold granite was added in the kitchen. A nice little half bath was added off the living room and all the bedrooms were given a fresh new carpet. After we removed outdated paneling in the breezeway we found beautiful stained pine walls and ceiling. A new tile floor add a great entrance to the perfect starter home. |
